Services
Our services provide competent fire safety support for responsible persons who require clear, defensible, and professionally delivered advice. We offer fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, fire marshal training, and compliance support informed by real operational experience.
Fire safety compliance is not optional. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person has a legal duty to assess fire risk, maintain fire safety measures, and provide adequate training. We support that duty through competent assessments, fire door inspections, and training built around real operational consequence.

Fire Risk Assessments
Article 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person to complete a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment.
Fire risk assessments are a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and play a vital role in protecting people, property and businesses. A suitable and sufficient assessment identifies the real fire risks within a premises rather than relying on assumptions, helping you make informed decisions and prevent hazards from becoming incidents.
Our assessments review key areas including means of escape, fire detection systems, compartmentation, firefighting equipment, management procedures and external wall considerations where required. You’ll receive a clear, detailed report with photographic evidence, risk-based findings and a prioritised action plan.

Fire Door Inspections
Article 17 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places a legal duty to maintain fire safety measures, including fire doors where provided as part of the fire strategy.
Fire doors are a critical part of a building’s fire safety strategy, designed to slow the spread of fire and smoke and protect escape routes. If fire doors are damaged, poorly installed, or not functioning correctly, the effectiveness of compartmentation can be significantly reduced, increasing risk during an emergency.
Our inspections assess the condition, installation and overall compliance of fire doors, including gaps, seals, hinges and essential hardware. You’ll receive a detailed report with photographic evidence, identified defects and clear remedial recommendations.

Fire Marshal Training
Responsible persons must nominate competent persons to assist in implementing fire safety measures under Article 18 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Fire marshal training should provide more than basic theory — it should prepare people to respond effectively in real situations. Effective training builds confidence, improves understanding of fire risks, and ensures individuals know how to react quickly and correctly during an incident.
Our training covers key responsibilities, fire behaviour, evacuation procedures and the use of firefighting equipment where appropriate, with practical guidance based on real-life scenarios. You’ll receive structured, engaging training designed to give attendees a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities.
